I do it on some leg days going in and the machine going out, shapes your legs and your obliques. I do them only a few times a month, everytime you always get HELLA sore on the inside quads and flexors, feels good man.

Love them ... hard to do after heavy squats though, there's been a few times where my legs have just locked up and I fell over.

who here has veins that show up after a good workout? Its supposed to mean your blood is rushing through your muscles right? Meaning you're getting the good pump?

my veins are always they, but they come out even more when working out,
also really low body fat helps

Damnn, cant do any heavy squatting or any form of deadlifting until my lower back heals.

Will try sumos and reverse dl's though. Looks like pain.

its gonna go squats, sumos, reverse, leg press, stiff legged, bodyweight squat to failure for finisher, throw in some calves here and there
