Came back from the gym. There were some highschool kids mirin me as I was doin cable crossovers and as I finished my sets, they immediately hopped on thinking they could do the same weight as I did. One of the kids tried pulling it, got two friends to help him pull it all the way forward, and when they let go, his entire body tripped and rolled backwards. :rukidding: The kid then preceded to doing dumbell press with his two buddies pulling it up for him, and he eventually gave up and dropped the weight on one of his buddies foot. Sucks to be him :considered:, but hey, pinners be mirin' |

man gym saturday was fucking great repped out the 185 bench press like it hasnt been my sticking point for like a year deadlifts were only so so, its kind of gotten in to my head a bit, so might have to drop the weight and go for some reps for a bit to get back to feeling real comfortable with it |

Haven't checked in all week. Deadlifted 3 plates and 25 lbs on each side for 5*5 finally =D Benched the 110lb DBs for 5*5 as well When I squatted this week, my left knee gave in again at 3 plates. It wasn't even heavy! I need to get some knee wraps for my left knee. =[ |

Back from intense weekend of snow shoeing. First time trying it. Drove about an hour out of Powell River to logging roads. Snowshoed 2.5 hrs up the mountain Saturday to stay in a cabin then 1.5 hrs down on Saturday. Legs are burning today! |
