dang. I should Listen to my body.

Didn't eat the greatest prior to the gym, and did too many warm-up sets for the Deadlifts, and tweaked my lower back to a minor degree when trying to lift near my PB (failed too.....).

Dude you were pretty thin and undefined when I first met you. Shaky on your heavier rep sets and working on your form. Now you're rock solid any time I see you doing exercises and you're physique has improved a lot even if your weight hasn't risen as significantly as you'd like. Keep up the good work! :thumbs:

i do too, but it was just to complement your opinion... but just sayin, fitness/health is starting to take bigger part of my lifestyle that I can't really draw the line between it and other aspects of my life... lol... more of a self-reflection than anything

Thanks for the help and encouragement along way the man! A little help goes a long way especially when it comes to my form.

Thanks man! Started my routine, posted in the other thread, at the beginning of September. Starting weight was around 133lbs, now up to about 143lbs. My original goal was to hit 145, but I'm gonna up that to 150lbs by summer. Prior to that I was just doing uninspired workouts twice a week that led me nowhere.

Just made an amazing tasting shake in the morning
If you're bulking and haven't already tried, mix:

Your scoop of protein
Oats
Tbsp of peanut butter
Tbsp of nutella
Milk

Reeses cup shake :megusta: i used myofusion cookies n cream

Tried maxing out on deadlifts today :alone:
Was shooting for 350 (45/45/45/10/5/2.5) each side
failblogged decided to go take out the 2.5's... failed again
Last time I maxed out I hit 340 and this time I couldn't pull it feeeels bad man
ended up doing 325 x 2 pretty fucking pissed off

Not sure if it's the Creatine or the fact that I've met a wicked girl but my workouts have been fucking KILLER the last 2 weeks. I'm feeling SWOLE all the time. I'm taking Creatine and Alanine for the first time ever so if that's what it's from.... Money well spent.

Look out chest... your getting BLASTED today. :fuckyea:
