GOMAD: How to Gain 25lbs in 25 Days with Squats & Milk | StrongLifts.com |
I'll post my pinner back up later tonight :( Actually I'll do a few poses as I think this is as lean as I'm going to get lol. 190lbs is hard to maintain. I like eating to much. I haven't had McDonalds in 3 weeks!!!! Berz out. |

You're eating far less than you think you are so... eat more and track your calories. |

3 weeks no Mctrix as well! Really tough because there are 2 less than a block from me. Can see A&W out my office window as well. Berz how tall are you? |
6'3". My Current 1RM's are Bench 245, Squat 335, DL 405 @ 190lbs. I think I'm fairly strong for my actual size minus back :alone: Berz out. |
im just started my no fast food/ no coffee a few days ago. :okay: |
Has anyone here tried Beta alanine as a substitute for other preoworkouts? A buddy told me about it, and looking online seems to have some rave reviews. |

I had the same problem before as well, I was stuck at my weight for the longest time so I started eating more. I dunno how long it took, but I shot up another 8lbs without even knowing it. All because I just stuff my face with whatever I can get my hands on (no fast food) The only problem now is it takes me longer to eat cause I never feel full :okay: |
I'm probably sitting at about 8-9% BF right now.... Berz out. |

Some dude was deadlifting 525lbs at FW yesterday and the whole gym basically stopped what they were doing just to look at him. Everybody was mirin'. Even the trainers were looking at him. Motivation to get up there.. :lawl: im only 200lbs away.. with bad form :troll: |

Is this true? Shorter people can bench a lot more? Been hearing this for quite some time. Posted via RS Mobile |
Shorter people have less distance to push the weight so it's easier for them to push heavier weights. If tall guys pushed the weight only 4 inches we would be lifting huge too :troll: Berz out. |
Got a girl at the gym to take a few pics today I'll post em up when I get home. Berz out. |

Berz beat me to it. Fucker. JD out. :troll: |
So I've been away for a week, what I miss? People posting back pictures? I'm a little chubbier at the moment, on a bulk cycle and averaging 4 large pizza's a week. Nomnom. BTW, was doing shrugs at the SFU gym last night and weakbros were hard 'mirin my 7 plate double-overhand-strapless-chalkonly shrug x8. feelsgoodman. |
its not just how far the weight moves but alot to do with where it moves from for example, for a guy with long arms to touch the bar to his chest, his elbows need to be brought much further down than a guy with short arms. a guy with (for example) 9 inch forearms could probably have their upper arms parallel whereas a guy with 15" arms would need to have his elbows effectively 6 inches lower to bring the bar down to the same place. the guy with short arms is only doing like 60% of the range of motion that a guy with 15" arms is doing. Deadlifts are even worse on a guy with longer legs. They need to have their upper body bent much further forward (ass and hips further back or up) than a manlet does. a 5'6 guy is basically doing rack pulls compared to a 6'+ guy and all that being said, halo is the tallest guy here. so none of us have any excuses. |
Do any of u guys know where to buy chin up bars? Posted via RS Mobile |
