squats at 180
OH press stalling out at 110....any tips to help?

anything that follows your elbow to your hips, v hook rows, db rows are great you are prob doing them wrong, back is simple just have to have the right form

whats the proper way to do db rows? ive been pulling up to my abs-hip area and keeping the DB really close to my body

Went today with my buddy, the week of rest really helped.

I killed it. :fuckyea: 110 x 3 for overhead press couldn't do 5 so I reverted back to 105 x 5.
Front squats for 140 and cgbp for 145 x 7!
