Went today with my buddy, the week of rest really helped. I killed it. :fuckyea: 110 x 3 for overhead press couldn't do 5 so I reverted back to 105 x 5. Front squats for 140 and cgbp for 145 x 7! |
did ur strength stay the same after the week off? I'm on my 5th day off |
