RS Gym Crew I want some advice. There is a guy at my gym who is constantly slamming weights. Not dropping, SLAMMING. He does way more weight than he can handle and is always letting it go from the top of his rep and making a ton of noise. He has already broken a machine and though I know he did it I don't think the gym does.

I have already asked him nicely to stop, and I'm a very patient guy but I'm flipping the fucking switch if I have to talk to this guy again. It's been going on for weeks. Today while doing DL's he was dropping his weight on the chest fly machine, so loud I can hear it easily over my music that's on full blast. I already gave him a hatefuck stare but he did it again while I was mid-rep with a lot of weight, and it distracted me enough that I lightly tweaked my back because it made my head turn and lose concentration.

I feel like a bit of a bitch complaining to the gym staff about it but I may have to. Should I go this route, will it do any good? If he does it again and causes me an injury I am gonna arm bar this phaggot and use his face to open the front door as I throw him out of the gym.

In seriousness though, I would tell the gym staff without hesitation.

One, I'm sure every other person using the gym is equally frustrated by the idiot.

Two, the idiot is going to injure himself severely if he continues trying to lift way more than he can handle. Getting him kicked out until he grows up would be for his own good.
