Just had to cut my workout short today, because my joints were getting sore. It started with squats - my hip joints got really sore by my 4th working set.

Went to bench press, and again by the 3rd or 4th set, I had severe pain right above my elbows. I foolishly finished the work.

Tried bb rows, got really sore in my shoulders. Tried overhead press, same thing. No matter what I did, it would be pretty much fine for the first set, but after 2, various joints would be sore.

I am trying to figure out what I did different the last 2 days. I am doing an IF diet, but never had this happen before. My only guess is the 2 beers I had last night. I rarely drink anymore, so it could be this.

The other changes are, I started taking dmae last week. I do take stims pre workout, so it is possible I was dehydrated. Also, I wasn't feeling like I was going to kill it in the gym when I woke up. Sometimes this doesn't mean anything, but maybe it was a symptom.

Kind of funny becasuse I am in the best shape I've ever been in, and I used to hit the gym regularly at home. Just goes to show me how much time I was wasting.

When I get home it's going to be squats, weighted pull ups and bench press. That's it.

You need to go to McFitt. 14 oder 17 Euro pro monaten. Einfach gut aussehen.

Do 7plates even fit?

hal0g0dv2 03-23-2012 11:58 AM

^^^ 9 fit actually

JDął 03-23-2012 11:59 AM

I can pull 195 for a couple reps on the seated row machine, so I'd be happy with t-barring 3 or 4 plates :lol I've never tried it, maybe I will next back day.

TouringTeg 03-23-2012 12:15 PM

Haven't tried t barrring. Pretty sure I will nut myself.
I row 190 3x5 and do the odd to the side with an olympic bar

Lots of great tracks. I listen to A State of Trance episodes while lifting/running.

Ideally you want a casein protein.

I usually just eat a bowl of cottage cheese with black pepper before bed.

makes sense.

i don't sleep well so i figured liquid protein would be easier to digest then regular food protein..

MarkyMark 03-23-2012 12:55 PM

Wasn't this casein before bed stuff chalked up to bro science quite some time ago?

Berzerker 03-23-2012 02:38 PM

I couldn't imagine doing 128 reps of anything never mind half bodyweight on bench.

Berz out.
