Did some squats in the curl rack today, after my 2 plate set (did 3) I dropped it to 1 plate to failure I felt like puking after. :badpokerface: :fuckyea:

my shoulder is still tweaked; i've been having some glucosamine pills though and it helped.

Is there anything I could do to get 100% full recovery?

Stop doing bench press ;)

Also fish oil will help

yeah its actually Namir. I'm always at the gym when hes there. Talked to him a couple times. I never knew his name till yesterday.

Here's a current pic of the wheels. Theyre still a work in progress. Tried a 1rm for squat for the first time. Got 365lbs parallel. Aiming for that 4 plate

Is he a bigger fellow? I think he's Filipino decent?

If so, I met him in the backstage/warmup area yesterday. He's a really nice guy, he picked my brain for a couple hours on seeing how I train and how I could lift so much for a small guy. He was there with a couple other Flip guys that say they all work out at Sportscentral in Richmond.

Yeah ditto. I wear gay coloured shirts and short shorts. Can't miss me.
@jimmy that's Ryan another guy that works out at sportcentral. Namir was the guy wearing a yellow shirt on sunday.
