Where do you guys buy coconut water from? I looked around a few places today and the best place so far was T&T. It was a 400ml can for $1.33. It's the one on the left side of the pictures. The one on the right has sugar added. http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/u...2132010020.jpg http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/u...2132010021.jpg |

Since September, I've been working out 5 days a week, and you can see the resulting stretch mark mess in the pics... http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/5853/photo675d.jpg http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/4581/photo676.jpg (let me know if pics dont work...) I've always worked triceps and bicep separately, 3 exercises of 3 x 8 reps each time I worked on them. Bicep twice a week and tricep twice a week... the red marks have been there since october but it hasn't faded at all, and it has been spreading lower and lower. I'm taking a break from gym til I figure this out What's already there is too late to remove, whatever. I just don't want it to spread anymore, but I don't want to stop working out because I don't want muscles to shrink... Could anyone give me suggestions to how I should alter my exercise routine to keep my muscles active, but prevent further spread of stretch marks? Like high reps low weights? or the other way around? I've been using cocoa butter but it doesn't seem to be all that effective.. :fuuuuu: |
^^ w0w that is really werid, i got stretch marks in my lats but they are not noticeable at all and they are light not really dark purple like yours hmmmmmmm |
i had stretch marks that red when i first started too it'll fade away eventually |

More commonly it's from having extra fat there and losing it quickly. The 'grow' thing usually only happens with total beginners (like ToeKnee above) or steroids users. The colour will go away, but the scars will be there forever. And men carry a lot more inner thigh fat than you'd assume, if you are in the >20% range. |

TASTE OF THAI COCONUT MILK IS THE BEST ONE TO BUY IN VANCOUVER, it has the most fat and no additives like the cheap Chinese ones do that are 50 cents , the thai one all the fat it at the top, it does cost a bit more but the quality is way above, super store, super walmarts and whole foods and health food stores carry the taste of Thai, i will never go back to the cheap ones they are gross IMO |
i never really got stretch marks anywhere other than the outside of my ass cheeks abit |
Havent gone to the gym in a week now. Damn snowboarding |
