checking in since concussion and tweaking my lower back. deadlifts are back to a respectable level. 4 plates (405lbs) for 3 reps today. I was hitting 5 reps a month ago but my back still needs time to rest. squats are back up to 3 plates for 3 reps. once again, lower back is a little shocked still. as for benchpress, i've only been doing one plate negatives. 5 seconds down and one up. this shit burns after heavy dumb bells. DB bench = flat 110s for 8-10 reps and incline 100s for 5-6 reps. body weight is down to 170 lbs but my 7 pack is almost splitting the eighth =D |

i was doing a bit lighter weight squats today (225lb) and some brown guy came up to me and told me i need to use a belt because it is a lot of weight for my body weight and my back is gonna snap. he was doing squats in the smith machine lol i was like :fuckthatshit: and kept doing my squats and he kept coming back to tell me that squats are gonna snap my back |
