^it's bullshit all in your head, I'm doing 16hrs fasted training and squatting 4plates for reps and dead lifting 4 plates for 10-12 reps. Just need BCAAS

The people at BPI (1MR ) are soo cheeky. They labeled iit "original" but that is the newer one. The other one doesn't have that label. BOTH don't have the 1,3 dimeth in it.

The old one is the best one. Can't get it anymore unless you know of a place online that we don't!

Quarter squats can be a useful exercise. When I do them, I do a lot more weight than full squats, but I don't feel like the shit

I use 1 scoop of Xtend ($0.55 a scoop when you buy a big bottle at bb) and supplement it with 7g of extra BCAA ($0.28 when bought at sp). That way you get a nice big doze of BCAA for around 80 cents, instead of over $1.

Or you can do a 25g whey drink, which should be OK while fasting. That will give you 6-7g of BCAA too

what brand of powdered bcaa do u buy skinny? i use to buy bb.com's house brand but they recently discontinued it.

on a side note, beta alanine is fucking money. dunno why it took me so long to try it. i've been skipping pwo's almost entirely just for a scoops worth of beta alanine. gives u the same concentration and endurance u get with pwo's without the crazy added caffeine.

Like I said in the post. smartpowders pure BCAA. $40 for 1 kg of it :megusta:

Mix it in any flavoured drink that contains malic acid, it won't taste as bad.

Thanks for noticing but you're still gonna have the height advantage on me, which i will never get no matter how hard i try! At my max weight I was 156lbs. I cut down to 140lbs now =)

and yea i never use a mixed grip anymore even at a PR

Cuz im was such a fatty! Fell into dirty bulk trap and back fired. I was pretty unhappy with my body fat back at 156lbs
