And fuark BCAAs are expensive. How many times a day are you IF guys taking it? I just take it PWO and whey everywhere else | I use 1 scoop of Xtend ($0.55 a scoop when you buy a big bottle at bb) and supplement it with 7g of extra BCAA ($0.28 when bought at sp). That way you get a nice big doze of BCAA for around 80 cents, instead of over $1.
Or you can do a 25g whey drink, which should be OK while fasting. That will give you 6-7g of BCAA too Quote:
