Damn I got some work to do..... 20lbs left to reach maximum genetic potential..... all my measurements are about 2" below what that calculator suggest my maximum is except for my forearms which are exactly what that says right now.

I do 2 exercises for shoulders 5 sets total

^lol and Yeah strykn knows what's up. I guess for people just starting out it's not good to do as many sets. I know when I started working out I did like four exercises for back and two sets each

kraft marinade bra .. or sweet baby ray's bbq sauce. Just put some of it on there 2-3 mins before its done cooking and it tastes a hell of a lot better

^i popped a few advils cus i was still pretty numb... It's not ur regular DOMS either, and its not bone pain thats localized in one area, its the whole body lol....

All i gotta say is: Compound lift is compound

had a back day yesterday...DOMS td is outrageous....

killed off my ego and lowered the weights; did them properly, works so much better.
