^upright rows and front barbell shrugs. Deadlifts are good in that they really help add mass to your traps, but if you really want to isolate them and make them look cut out and visible, try out some of the exercises i mentioned... |

Get a 45 plate hold it right with one hand Go over to the squat rack with free hand and grab the rack and lean over and then shrug with the hand with the weight This will do the top part of traps |
I'd say wrist wraps and a good ol' barbell shrug will do the trick. Your forearms may not be getting a workout as well, but your not targeting your forearms in this exercise. Been doing this for a while and its worked very well, try it out! |
