deadlifts back up to 445lbs. for one and 405lbs for 5 reps again. FUCK YEAH bench almost back up to 3 plates. weight is back up to 180 now. body fat around 10% (a little more than I would be comfortable at) |

I know some here hate cardio, but hot damn - running in the evening with the brisk air is fantastic. Heart has never felt stronger. FYI - don't stupidly sprint on the sidewalks. I almost snapped a knee on an uneven piece. |

It was a grinder all right. That first set of 20 squats (1 plate per side) was the closest I've been to passing out... Got it done though! Can definitely feel the difference especially in cardio. Also I have stopped taking Beta Alanine and Creatine, and can definitely feel that as well |

Current Issues: Serious Body Dismorphia Anxiety if not going to the gym Every Meal must have shit loads of protein in it. I just start my second job today, so I hope I don't emotionally break down again like I did after 7 years of working 2 jobs that forced me to quit one of them. Money won't be as tight anymore and I'm slowly gonna start rebuilding my life to a high point again. The next 4 months are unbelievably crucial. My goals are. 10% body fat. Debt Free (Almost there already after austerity measures I imposed on myself since april) Buy a reliable car that will last me the next 4 years. Buy a good midranged DSLR (probably a d700) and one good prime lens Buy Goalie Gear and get back into hockey. My whole training regiment since April wasn't just a body and health improvement. I was trying to improve whole situation and current life. So hopefully these next 4 months I can stay on track and when I go back into school January with a new mind, a new body and a healthy set of finances. Edit: I also did spend some time this weekend with a few friends at Anime Revolution, and I got to spend some time with Jessica Nigri. Girl said I'm buff as shit and was shocked that I mentioned to her that I want to lose more weight. So I gotta fix my self esteem too. |
