^ yeah, my squats are fine for now 260x5 on squats, 315x2 on dl, but only 135x5 on bench :( first day of the program and it said 6x6 70% of your 1RM bench :fuckthatshit: did 8 sets also pulled 315 deadlift x 2, really shouldn't have done it though since it's my deload week |

Going to join in on the compromise... Personally my squat and deadlift have been lacking lots, mainly because i no longer do them 2-3 times a week. However, my bench has been going up, at 75lb dbs now and a 155 bench, 85lb OHP. The weight for my rows, presses, and other auxilliary exercises are going up. I've still got a long way to go, but i think it holds pretty true that we can't have it all at the same time :lol @jc95, our builds are freakishly similar :derp: |
