I did 135x10, 225x8, 275x5, 295x3, 315x2, 325x2, 335x1, 345x1, 365x1, 370x1, 375x1 ..... wayyy too much volume but i was expecting to get stuck @ the 325 range as a 1rm ... but I felt strong so I kept going till I really struggled. Got to 275x1 .. contemplated throwing on 285 but decided against it. Now I kinda wish I went for it. Oh well, next week! :D I'm on a pretty severe caloric deficit too .... feelsgoodman. Made the mistake of going SC @ 6pm though, the entire dumbbell area is just sprawling with people. Some douchebag trainer was sitting at the chair at the front desk, told him I forgot my card and he's like "Does it look like I care? Man I must look important sitting in this char" .. my reaction :suspicious: ... then I just walked in LOL wtf? Ontop of that, there was a guy hogging a bench to do curls, with 10 lbs on each side, WITH STRAPS. What the fuck :fulloffuck: Fucking sport central, gotta love it. |
