I actually just demoted the card to the regular cash back card last year before the annual fee hit. For those who are interested, the rebate comes in September, so plan accordingly if don't plan on keeping it long term. What Mastercard are you referring to that gives 1.75% back? That's not a bad return for things that aren't grocery/gas/restaurants/travel/recurring bills. |

Rogers RW WE is the one giving 1.75% domestic purchase and 1.5% foreign purchases after fees. |

MBNA world elite cash back. used to be 2% lowered end of last year. and the 99 fee is 120 now. thats why im switching to AMEX. yeah the 300 dollar cap sucks. but thats 6000 dollars over 6 months. its alright for the average person that spends 1000 bux a month. but over the long run 2% is a lot vs 1.67%... |

Any suggestions on a new business credit card. Annual volume $600,000. Spread across 7 company cards. Need a far better online experience then what we currently have. We have our business credit card with coast capital Desjardin. Currently get 1% back up until $500,000 spent and $40 per card. So we get $5000 back, minus $280.00. Also issue with Amex is that some of our big purchasers don’t take Amex. I would say Amex potential would be around $150,000 a year. |

With that much purchasing power, you could spread it over multiple cards and get benefits from all of them |
I haven't worked at a business whose main card isn't an Amex. stick with the proven. |
I know $600,000 - $900,000 may not sound a lot for a business. But I'm just curious what kind of purchases are you guys putting through? I would have thought / expect most B2B require payment by cheque or bank transfers? |
Ive been using TD Aeroplan Platinum Visa for the last 2 years or so and tbh I don't think this is the card for me. I wanted a travel card, and I fly on Star Alliance partners about 1-3 times a year so I figured the aeroplan points would be great for me, but ive yet to really used them..i feel like I could have had a diff card for the last 2 years and taken more advantage of them lol Anyone got recommedations? I spend about 1-1.2k a month on the card, and I don't mind paying a fee if its worth it (this one has a 90$ fee I think) but my dilemma is now what card should I get and what do I really want from the card , since I feel lost as to what I want from it |

Most vendors that take online payment take PayPal. That's how I usually bypass the no AMEX issue. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |
TD Aeroplan Business and Personal Wife and I get enough points to fly business class each year for our vacations |
Some changes for the Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite card. It might help some people, it might not. But the annual fees are also being increased, and that might make me want to switch. https://travelupdate.boardingarea.co...august-1-2019/ |
bump. any good cards lately? We have been using Tangerine for my family and the cash back is pretty low now. I think 0.5%, no annual fees. Spending: $4000/month on average Criteria in this priority: 1. Cash back 2. Travel perks I already have a 1% cash back no annual fee card for my own expenses. |
Any good hotel cards - looking to get hotel nights. not considering AMEX hotel cards due to poor acceptance. |

So it's not a true forex fee free card. They still charge the forex fees of 2.5%, so it will be net zero because you'll get 2.5% back in Amazon points. Quote:

Recently signed up for the AMEX Platinum. Surprised a premium travel card like this, still charges a 2.5% FX fee.. |

I believe Rogers Mastercard allows you to earn cash back on purchases made in foreign currencies. A forex fee might still be charged, but the cash back is sufficient to cover it to yield a net gain. |
