And number 200 post! Another thing that's starting to urk me using this phone is the placement of the back button.

If you guys hold the phone with your left hand; trying to reach for the back button with your left thumb is a fuckin' pain in the ass.

I'll have to go take some yoga classes for my thumb just so I can reach the back button!

I had no problem doing that with my Note, which was a bit wider than Note 2

If my memory serves me right, isn't the back button the 3rd button from the left? Though I'll admit the Note one is slightly wider than the II it's placement would seem okay for 1 one handed operation since you don't need to slide your hand so far down to reach the button where as the II you kinda do as the phone is significantly taller making it easy to drop the phone if you don't hold it correctly.

if they have an abundance they will sell u.. but seeing how the note 2 stock level is insanely limited.. i'm sure bestbuy mobile manager informed their staff to not sell any outright as they make literally $0 from the sale and doesn't count towards their store target.. so obviously they won't sell it to you outright.. and places that actually makes commission... they'll prolly make at most $2-4 bux for a note 2 outright vs $30-50 on a new contract.. u can easily see why they'll refuse to sell you.. you can call the carrier but they have no control over what the store is willing and not willing to do

Can anyone format there SD cards from the phone to exFAT or do I have to do that externally.

Its the same as the i317's in the states, so no we do not have multi-tasking ATM. Need a firmware update or a custom update to get it at this point.

Why do you need to format your SD card to exFAT?

Did a little bit of light reading and thought I needed it at exFAT for files larger then 4GB.

I'll post shots of speedtest runs on various networks and frequencies shortly.

So lets start with a baseline. This is on my work connection, I'm not allowed to disclose the type of speeds but lets just say it has alright speeds.

Summary: 2.3MB/s down 6.45MB/s up

Fido should be using the same towers and networks as Rogers where I believe the priority goes to Rogers customers first.
