I don't recommend doing this, especially if you have one or two years worth of text messages.

I tried it with my iphone 4 to my S3, 18 hour process with 2 years worth of text messages, after that the messaging app kept crashing.

To those who save your text messages for years. I want to know what's the point? I'm sure everyone has their own reasons but now I'm curious because it appears a lot of you do it. After I'm done having a conversation with someone via text I trash it right away.

I used to have 30000+ whatsapp messages and 20000 texts, all over the course of a year... Always saved them when changing roms, phones, etc. But when I lost it all, meh didn't feel a thing lol.

I have stuff backed up in the cloud. Apps like SMS Backup+ is all you need if your a hoarder like me.

For users who can't get Google Now to speak back to you when asking it questions, please understand its not a ROM issue its actually a locale issue.

Get an app like Locale Setting, set it to English (United States) and away you go!

Believe it or not, my gf keeps her sms since day one she owns her first phone. That was like 2001. She backup the messages regularly, but still keeps the phones in good shape. Except some battery died she will look for replacement batteries on ebay

Does anybody know how to increase the number of e-mails in my inbox? Currently the phone only shows e-mails that are 3 days old, everything older gets pushed out and I cant figure out where to change those settings.

Go to your gmail or email > settings > your email > and under data usage should be "days to sync" and you just choose whatever you need. One week, one month, or All.
