anyone else experiencing lag when turning the screen on?
turned off svoice double tap and popup note on lockscreen but still half the time it takes 3-5sec to turn on. comparison to friends s3 which is instant.

3-5 seconds? That sounds pretty bad. I have approx. 1 sec delay on mine, but apparently any delay is just due to having shortcuts on your lockscreen.

Mine is maybe 2-3.5 seconds at worse, searched up the same issue. no real fix for it yet

Dam, im having a weird problem. This morning my note 2 was charging and working fine, but when i went to charge it right now it wouldnt charge?! My computer wont even recognize it but when i put it into download mode and connect it, odin detects the phone. Anybody know whats going on?

yup...its annoying as fuck...wakes me up in the middle of the night.

disabled the lockscreen shortcuts too, still same thing.
its only doing it half the time now that i disabled a bunch of things, but still annoying.

Not sure why everyone in this thread is so against rooting.
Multiwindow has been available for the I317 for a while now, I've had it on mine since the beginning of January

oh geez, and now my battery is getting drained like crazy from media cause the sd card keeps getting unmounted/remounted every time i unlock. even sais its "damaged" and i should reformat it.
i thought the update was supposed to fix issues not create more.

official note 2 battery+charger sold out everywhere....i guess i'll buy online

Just got mine, went to phone status with and with out it, with the metal backing I gained a consistent 5 signal strength, still going to see for battery life. Wait... I know nothing about signal strength, is - 75dbm better or worse than - 80?

dismounted it, shut the phone off, made a backup on my comp, remounted and no troubles so far. hoping its fixed. battery drain problem stopped too. still have the occasional wake up lag, but i can live with it.

heard something about you should use scandisk cards for best results.

Anyones battery andphone being glitchy after update to 4.1.2? Mine auto locks sim sometimes and the screen will not auto rotate like normal and I keep hitting that stupid new tab at the left side of the screen when typing. They should have hid it better.

I feel like my battery is draining faster than before the update. Then again, what do I know. I've only had the phone for less than a week.

I don't know if it's my phone or my wifi (leaning more on wifi)..but for some reason I can't send email, however I can receive them. When I turn wifi off, it can send..did anyone have this kind of issue before?
