I don't know what it is I know Tampa went off this year and they are deep as fuck and healthy. Hard to bet against them I know and even in a couple late season games against Boston I think where they were down a couple goals in both they just came back and destroyed them like it was nothing. Somehow we see this story so often and so often does it not pan out and that's what I'm going with lol.

I get it... but I have watched a lot of Poolparty's games... he is lost out there. Maybe a change of scenery might help him, but from what I have seen of him he can't seem to raise any part of his game to the next level.

Virtanen has at least improved each season and some nights he's the best skater on the ice with some decision making/hands holding him back... I don't think he's ever going to make us forget about Nylander or Ehlers or heck even Dylan Larkin........... but there's a chance he figures out how to at least put a consistent effort together at a high enoughe level to be a highly effective 3rd line winger who can roll into the 2nd line without too much difficulty.

I don't mind another project like poolparty but not for #1 goalie in Markstrom.

Maybe a 3rd rounder. or trade for another prospect that can't crack your lineup. Say Goldobin.

im not sold on Tampa, never have been

Just dont seem like they have the depth of character guys that most cup winners usually do, could very well come down to another break in a game 7 for them and whether they make it or not
