Coquitlam center Wal Mart ran out of pasta. Last night there was still some left. Went again just now and literally all pasta gone, even the noodle section is looking more empty than usual. Most toilet papers, tissue and kitchen paper sold lot as well.

Jesus...Costco people...I live in the WestEnd so my main options are expensive ass Safeway, Urban Fare, and Whole Foods. A bit crowded yesterday but nothing extreme. Apparently No Frills was a madhouse though.

Spend a little more on groceries, without the crowds!

OK for those of you who purchased a cheap bidet off Amazon, did you have any issues installing it? I have a rigid copper pipe for a water supply to the toilet. I see examples of a hosed water supply being an easy install but not for what I have.

Who else thinks Italy is going to have a baby boom in 9-10 months?

SkinnyPupp 03-13-2020 02:42 PM

I've used a bidet many times, and to the people who consider it an alternative to TP, I have to wonder if they'd used one before... Like you still gotta wipe the shit first, and also you gotta dry your ass after :considered:

Bidets will never become a thing in Hong Kong, since the flush water in urban areas is sea water DansGame

ilovebacon 03-13-2020 02:43 PM

what's the point in buying bidet if I still have to wipe my ass...

SkinnyPupp 03-13-2020 02:44 PM

It gets it much cleaner. Especially if you got a shag carpet down there LUL

But baby wipes are just as good IMO

I definitely wouldn't consider a bidet as an alternative to TP. You still need to wipe!

Does yours not have an on/off valve behind the toilet?

If there is a threaded on/off valve you could remove that put a 3 way valve on there then just thread on whatever fitting you need for the bidet

May sound easier than it actually is though lol

What are the actual infected numbers in BC? Have they increased dramatically or are people just going into preservation mode?

StylinRed 03-13-2020 02:59 PM

National Emergency sponsored by CVS/Walgreen/Target and other corporation named specifically by the orange man.

Trump is proposing working with private sector to provide drive by/walk in testing at corporate grocery store.

Instead of decalring a national emergency and telling everybody to hunker down and ride it out. He decides to prop up the stock market by naming his porfolios on the White house lawn.

So now when you go to store to stock up on TP, you get to be in a store full of sick people trying to get tested.

What a joke serious. Trump needs to pay for airtime if he is going to use public service annoucemenet as a commercial.

CivicBlues 03-13-2020 03:17 PM

I'm reading on reddit that there my be zero cases in the city of Vancouver. Possible but insanely unlikely. Could all Vancouver Coastal Health Region cases all be on the North Shore since Richmond also has zero cases?

Dude. The ones in Japan and Korea with adjustable pressure, water temp and blow dryer are literally a no hands operation. They are amazing.

don't know what kind of bidet u r using, u dont need to wipe first.FailFish
u do need some tp to dry, but some bidet has air function,

plus baby wipes and other alternatives arn't flushable, (even though they say they are). Cov is having lots of issues w/ them.

I know! But have you tried it without ever wiping? Squirting that water onto a shitty ass and then trying to blow dry it? DansGame Also those dryers barely have any force, you'd have total swamp ass after.

I love them, but you absolutely need TP to go with them. Feel sorry for anyone who does your laundry if you don't wipe your ass before spraying water onto it LUL God forbid you wanna get your ass ate EleGiggle

hud 91gt 03-13-2020 03:39 PM

I’ve had some gross shits and never had an issue. Haha. Of course I
wiped because I’m North American and don’t trust this magic.

It's the same everywhere, brondell or Toto at Costco has the same functions.
