On Monday, when I was in Bellingham Costco, I was in the line up to pay. I had a twin bag of shredded cheese in the cart. This worker, was going from cash register to cash register putting people's items on the belt. He was one of those go getters trying to please everybody. When he got to where I was, he coughs into his hands and picks up the cheese and places it onto the belt. The two cashiers tell me he's always like that. "He's pretty intense." I told them I didn't appreciate him "touching my junk." I didn't even get a reaction from them until I told them he just coughed into his hands before placing my cheese onto the belt. They told me they will get another one if I wanted. I said no. I have disinfectant wipes in the car. I didn't push the matter any further, but holy fuck, I should have.

Just stop, everyone has their own opinion about the covid-19 and obviously yours isn't going to change regardless if it has been declared a pandemic by professionals (WHO) or after there has been cases of community transmission in BC. I also work in health care and I've spoken to many doctors and nurses about this and frankly, all of them are worried for us Canadians. You are starting to sound like an anti-vaxxer/Earth is flat believer the more you post and that nothing can convince you even if you were dying.

I'm a community centre guy and so far zero change in traffic or behavior. Wipe down bench at most. Haven't even seen people start wiping handles.

On another note went to BBQ master the other day and one of the workers was basically opening the door for people so they don't touch the door handle yet the person behind the till who is hanging cash is also packing the food. Wife called them out on it basically saying the effort is appreciated with the door but maybe you should consider not having money and food lol. They reached pretty frantic, peeps definitely on high alert.
