Wow pretty tough guy to be able to skate off the ice unassisted after that hit. With a broken sternum, doesn’t it hurt like hell for him to move his arms?

I would think it would hurt to even exist / breathe… Ugh I was thinking concussion or skull/facial fracture, didn’t even believe it’s possible to break your sternum like that, what thicker bone is there besides your main leg bone and even that has length going against it. Wow.

Intense game ... one for one .. Girard for Binnington.

You could see how his shoulders folded in, in front of him. It was really harsh. I certainly don’t think it was intended to be a dirty hit but definitely should have at least called charging. Binnington is a big loss too.
