HOLY SHIT! What a time to score! |
lol, lose it in the last 5 seconds |
The Official 2021/2022 Canucks & NHL Thread Helm scored with 5 seconds left in the third period. Colorado eliminates the Blues! Avs vs. Coilers in the Western Conference Finals! It is gonna be a fun series to watch. High octane offence and speed from each team. Maybe both Smith and Kuemper will give up many goals each game? Hahah Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
first time making the WCF in TWENTY years for the Avs |
MCDavid vs. MacKinnon in round 3. That series is gonna be good to watch! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Good bounce back by the avs, they were looking out of their minds in the last game, but went straight back to work Will be interesting to see if the Avs D can handle McDavid. Kings and Flames could not |
Mc vs Mac will be fun to watch. |
MacKinnon is MacKinnon but it’s hard to bet against Mcdavid these days |
Holy fuck this year's playoffs has been crazy!!! |
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT SHOTTE MOTTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just about to post here how the Carolina goalie looks shaky, and Motte just squeezes a shot right through him |
Another bad one.. I guess he is already their backup, but he is just not there for this game. Pull him now or this will be a laffer |
Rangers goalie playing sloppy too now (not just the goals) |
Game in full goon mode now. DeAngelo shoots the puck at the goalie long after the whistle, 2 minute penalty for unsportsmanlike.. Should be a 10 minute misconduct though, with 9 minutes left in the game. Get him out of there |
Great post game interview with Tyler Motte |
I have seen the replay like 5 times now, I don’t get how Igor gets his 2nd assist, not only did 2 players pass it back and forth it even hit a Carolina player at one point lol |
|
^ Chabot did have his stick in the guys mid section but the Finland guy dropped when the stock was already gone… should have been hooking / diving offsetting penalties |
Still pretty impressive that 2 games in a row down 2 goals they managed to pull the goalie and sent it to OT both times. |
I like this decision to put the Sedins in a role in prospect development for the team and the minor league team in Abbotsford. https://www.vancouverisawesome.com/c...W32m&fs=e&s=cl We're pleased to have solidified our Player Development department for next season with the additions of Mikael Samuelsson and Mike Komisarek, as well as Daniel and Henrik Sedin," said Allvin in the release. "Cammi Granato and Ryan Johnson led an extensive search to find the individuals with the right attributes, winning pedigrees, and who fit the overall strategy of the Vancouver Canucks moving forward." Getting the Sedins on the ice to work with the Canucks’ youth seems like a home run. They’re two of the most skilled and intelligent players in Canucks’ history and were also renowned for being the two most disciplined players on the team when it came to off-ice work habits and conditioning. The amount of wisdom they have between them that they can pass on to prospects should prove invaluable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Mikael Saumelsson???? Guy never saw a goalie's team crest he didn't like to shoot directly at |
R u sure ur not talking about Mason Raymond? |
Interesting ... seemed like Aquaman wanted to groom the Sedins for front office, VP like roles ... then Rutherford and Allvin added their choice of people to those key VP roles. Now what do we do with the Sedins .. let's put them in charge of developing prospects. Could be a potential good fit but you think Sedins want to drive out to Abbotsford all the time to work with AHL players ... hmmm, I dunno about that but let's see. |
