They are still double wishbone. Part of the reason why the first Mazda6 was so underrated is because it has double wishbone front. That's what makes the wagon so amazing, comes in stick with the 3.0 V6, with double wishbone.

Toyota Recalling Some 591,000 Vehicles To Fix Digital Display Issue

more signs that toyota is just trash nowadays.

bcrdukes 09-16-2025 09:40 AM

Who makes their digital dashes? Aisin or Denso? I don't think Toyota themselves manufacture their own dashes...or do they? :suspicious:

Blame it on Toyota! (But I will still buy one.) :D

Badhobz 09-16-2025 09:42 AM

not sure who the suppliers are, but thats why all modern day cars are just sad... dash failing is pathetic

Random window-shopping on autotrader.
1. $60K discount on the new maserati granturismo, but cant unsee the chrysler buttons and UI
2. New C8 corvettes with Z51 packages discounted under $100k... hype is over
3. The lotus emira depreciating nicely... supercharged toyota V6 seem decent
4. No new cars seem to excite me anymore :(

68style 09-16-2025 03:46 PM

* I feel the same when I look at new cars some feature might excite me but whether it be the whole package or the price or imagining the ownership experience or the actual driving dynamics… it’s always something else makes me go bleh neeeeeext…

Probably just old and jaded :)

AstulzerRZD 09-16-2025 03:56 PM

I really dislike the Ghibli/Quattro porte because it feels like I’m sitting in a Challenger but worse.

That said the Granturismo feels really nice when sitting in it.
I really like the digital clock & how nice the screens are.
Doesn’t really remind me of Grand Cherokee/Wagoneer.

Are Ferrari Roma/Portofino available below list in Canada?
They are in US so the Granturismo doesn’t sell bwcause they’re within 10% cost of each other.

I also assume all new vehicles will have some sort of tech "feature" that I'll find annoying but can't disable. But I don't even like dealing with Bluetooth lol. All my vehicles still have headphone cables for the music input.

And Porsche says -- hold my beer~

Paint to Sample Plus is a $35k option on the 911 LOL~

Meanwhile, the regular Paint to Sample is only a $16k option!

Go into any Asian place. They will happily make you any key or clone any fob to your parkade.

I get free parking from a ton of places with this trick.

Have a sack of fobs in my glove box. I'll use your vistor spots, use your pool, use your sauna and piss in your elevators.

I thought it was only 12k  I'm behind the times. BMW individual is still only 6k for an existing colour, 12k for one that's new or very special.

bcrdukes 09-17-2025 09:09 AM

Didn't you just place an order for a 992? :suspicious:

68style 09-17-2025 09:50 AM

White-Blue is the most expensive colour out there

Ford hasn't announced the price but they are offering "Exclusive Extended Color Palette Lock-Out" option for the Mustang GTD.

https://www.motor1.com/news/726165/f...olor-lock-out/

So you will be the only factory GTD of that color. Wait for others to copy this idea!

Great idea as rich people will pay for exclusivity.

Can anyone here familiar with Taiwanese car culture explain why there's a healthy appetite for wagons there? I was surprised by how many I saw this week from G21s to Octavias and Levorgs.

Thought most would gravitate towards SUVs like in other markets.
