Challenge: !!!WEAK ARM!!! ONE ARM DUMBELL ROW kneeling on bench (*with HALF of your body weight worth of weight). as many as you can in a row
rules: With your weak hand.
Use a full range of motion from full extension to pulling the dumbell as high as you can.
Keep your body locked in position, do not jerk or swing or cheat the movement.
why?: A fantastic exercise for your back, shoulders, arms, and grip!
but the dumbbell was impossible to grip. Why the hell does SC have such wide gripped dumbbells? They'd be good for pushing exercises but IMO they SUCK for pulling exercises. So much extra strain its so hard on my wrists/forearm.
I couldn't even find the 110lb skinny grip ones. Will try again if I can find the skinny 110's.

How the hell can you hold onto them? Yeah there's a spot on the dumbbell rack for 110lbs in the skinny section .. I find it so hard to control the fat grip ones, feels so unnatural. I got big hands too
