Serious Pie in Seattle As seen on Food Network's The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Came at 11:20 AM and the place was half full, by the time we ordered it was FULL! We had 2 pizzas: 1) chanterelle mushrooms, truffle cheese 2) penn cove clams, house pancetta, lemon thyme I loved the crust. The mushroom pizza was really good and I don't even like mushrooms. The only thing is I recommend you each get your own. We shared between 4 people and I was still hungry. Gf forgot camera, so no pics. Sorry 9/10 http://tomdouglas.com/index.php/restaurants/serious-pie |
Dasom Korean Restaurant 1A-10320 152 Street Surrey, BC V3R (Across the street from Guildford Mall) 7/10 My only complaint was that the Bibimbap we ordered was cold. I had to ask them to heat it up. Other than that, food was pretty good and service was pretty quick. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...c/IMG_0942.jpg Tang Su Yuk and the complimentary side dishes http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...c/IMG_0943.jpg Bibimbap |
Mr. Pickwick's Fish & Chips 10/10 just wished they gave out more batter D: |

BT Cafe again, http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/u...1192010010.jpg Solid meal. Drink + XO sauce and seafood for $7.00 (not on menu, extra $0.50 for XO sauce) Heavy XO sauce taste and the udon was done PERFECTLY. I'm using alleulia as the benchmark, and the way the udon was fried here is 10x better. Drink + French toast + satay beef and instant noodles, $4.75. Good stuff all around. Comes to around $14 and change with tax and tip. Better than eating at mcdicks. |

They're open from..either 8 or 9am and close by 9pm everyday except for Saturdays where the close at 10pm. |
Is BT Cafe the one on Kingsway near Fraser? |
Sort of. It's east of Fraser. More precisely, Kingsway & St. Catherines, across from the ICBC claims centre. |
I was gonna get that combo today too BT Cafe Red Curry Beef Brisket on Rice 8/10 |
I think Alpha gets kickbacks from BT. :D Their french toast is def honger style but very good. |

spaghetti factory in new west... 7/10. got the vege lasagna. kind of burnt but overall not bad. needed more mushrooms though imo . |
i checked out bt cafe today after reading this thread lol got the spaghetti bolognese and the soy sauce beef with fried rice noodles. they both tasted pretty good but maybe a little cheap on the beef on both dishes. overall 7.5/10 |
I want to thank everyone that suggested BT Cafe. It wasn't a 10/10 but it's one of the smaller cafe's that are not ugly, disgusting or unfriendly in any way. I enjoyed their food, especially at the price and value. I will be going back there for sure. I'd give it a 8/10, gotta have the Hong kong style french toast! |
BT Cafe 8/10 Both dishes were quite good and rather daring/bold. Never had red curry served and prepared this way compared to your typical HK style cafe. Portions of beef and beef brisket were quite generous. Looks good. I've always wondered what a HK style cafe was... |

Looks like I'll pay BT cafe a visit sometime soon, looks decent. |
Wings Newton again. 7/10 service was a bit slow, think the server was new, haven't seen her before. other than that, typical night, all was well. |
