noob question how come my battery dies within lie 8 hours i only text on it cause im at school like its at the point where it just dies. i cant find out why !! thanks

make sure you close any apps that you dont use. If its running in the background, then its gonna eat up your battery.

there are always 5 apps that are always running that you cant close though, they are:
-web browser
-phone
-bbm
-home
-messages

Try turning your screen brightness down a couple notches too, make sure wifi is off.
Also if you're just texting try turning on 2G instead of 3G

yeah if you are just texting just use EDGE, not 3G. it will help and also if you press blackberry button beside trackball, you will see what apps are on.

Same thing happened to me.

Had to close the chat and open up a new one and everything was fine.

I suspect you're in an area where the 3g signal sucks, and thus the radio eats up a lot of battery life trying to find a signal again. Maybe have it set to 2g only, and see if that helps.

Everything after the bbg: is just a bunch of random letters and there is no link to click on :confused:
