yea wonder what the next firmware would be like, but i think its just more for at&t than for anything else. currently rogers released .282 and the one being released is .295 or .297. heard there were very minor improvements.

anyone having trouble playing youtube content on their bold? trying to play it not on WiFi and whenever the video tries to load, after a few moments, i get the error/popup

"Content not available. Server is blocked or unresponsive."

i get that for all the videos im trying to play.

My bold won't play youtube videos anymore either.

ugh, this sucks. looks like something is going on with youtube's server side.

Hey just switch from pearl to Bold. I have the $15 unlimited bbm messaging plan from Rogers since i had my pearl. Do i get charged extra if i use 3G on the bold?

take the plunge draft! i watched a youtube video over at least 5 times before i did it. its the most thrilling experience you will ever encounter. just be very careful. and oh yea, if you are doing it yourself, remember to transfer the meshes over, unless cnn.cn now comes with them in place on your bezel.

Honestly I'd rather not. I'm the type of person that if I get stuck I'll get frustrated then just say fuck it and leave it apart in pieces and be left without a phone :(
Plus I dont want to run the risk of breaking something out of frustration

Yeah I ordered a new bezel and trackball. I bought my bold used and the bezel
has some nicks and scratches on it so I want it to be mint again cause Im picky like that.
Also my trackball is black, however it lights up white

yea for me it was pretty thrilling and nerve wrecking. i thought i would screw up my bold in no time, but after doing things carefully it came out fine. the meshes were the only pain in the ass to transfer over.
