I really feel bad for brian burke and jennifer mathers. My heart goes out to the Burke family

RIP. I still have to say Id be forced to keep an extra eye on him if my son or any of my friends kids were on his team. Not that my kids would be gay or anything.


So after a year or so of only saying nice things about the Canadians, Senators and even the Leafs to fit in to a party or get together, my true colors came out last game.
Not going to blame calling in sick yesterday because of the hockey game but that was an awful game until around the third period. I was forced to miss the last few minutes:(

On the positive side of things this may be the first Canuck team Ive ever felt having a scoring threat on 3 lines, albeit a sneaky threat or a sustained,built- up threat.

With last year's playoffs, I know a lot of people werent happy with Mitchell's play. I can recall last year we had a game in Toronto. The high stick to Mitchells face was quite sickening to watch and I didnt even want to watch the game anymore. I am fully adapted and desensitized to players wearing visors as long as its in good taste.
Poor excuses, but I somewhat blame post-traumatic stress disorder and a possessed Kane for the defeat.


Kovalchuk IMO would have been a good fit.

Wow another brutal game so far. Losing is one thing but when you lose and look like this it's pretty hard to watch. We gotta wake up soon before this gets any worse.

We have to play with more grit, especially during this mini slump. That's why it seems like the Kesler line is getting more opportunities compared to the first line.
