i think forbidden should stay on a basic strength program, add in HIIT and watch the diet. I feel PHAT is quite intense during a cut and it will tire you out FAST. imo PHAT requires a solid strength base before you start the program, which is also why i stopped it and switched back to a strength based one. |
Any one of u here Kettlebell users? I just downloaded the this old school Steve Cotter dvd, they are like 10min workouts on upper/lower/core, 3 sets of each..I'm new to this but they talk so much about "functional strength" I figure I try it out |
