you have the forever inzer prong right?

so I guess you wear it a bit looser then so you can push the front down a little?

You won't have much room to adjust the height of the belt that it will make a big difference IMO. The belt placement will also depend on the structure of your body, but once the belt is broken into..you'll find that sweet spot

You'll might also find it a bit better if you used one hole loose in comparison to your squat. Makes it a bit easier to reach down for the bar.

Thanks man. How long did it take you to break into your inzer?

J.C 06-14-2013 03:32 PM

For me there's little room for adjustment, I just wear it where it sets itself into when I get setup
Took me 1 day to break it in, I was sick when I got it and spent like 30 minutes rolling it lol
Best belt ever, can't beat the support it gives

Yup i have the prong. Its really snug but if i crank it i can get it to the next notch. I dont like cranking the belt super tight cause it almost causes me to become inflexible and it digs onto my hips. Deadlifts i wear one notch looser

Im planning on buying another belt as this one is getting too big for me and im planning to cut more weight. Itll prob be prong again just of the fact its easier to adjust whereas the lever u need a penny or flathead

I've only had it for about a month. Still not broken into, but it's getting there :) I rolled it religiously when I first got it though. Still doing it when I have spare time; about 5-10 minutes a day.

just read up on hfm disease, and found out it's semi-contagious. Do you think it's possible you may have contracted it from the barbells at revs (and therefore had to get that area of your hand skinned)? Maybe I'm overthinking it a little bit, but it seems questionable

regardless, much respect to you for training even with both palms skinned. To the guys whining about calluses - stfu and train
