For me there's little room for adjustment, I just wear it where it sets itself into when I get setup Took me 1 day to break it in, I was sick when I got it and spent like 30 minutes rolling it lol Best belt ever, can't beat the support it gives |

80 pounds in chains this is my 9th set. first 8 sets were with 5 reps, last set was 2 reps ( to failure). i added a chain on each set |
