Even though you're not sure what your bodyfat % is - regardless, 155 lbs at 5'8 is way too light to be going on a cut, unless you are trying to go for that swimmer-esque look. |

very strong guy though |
Voted for chest press 1RM lol Haven't been posting much but still lifting 4 times per week plus biking to work 45 min in 1hr home over here in Victoria. |
looks like the challenge is going to be deadlift related http://images5.fanpop.com/image/phot...00-320-319.png |

Halo your 290 you freak? Berz out. Posted via RS Mobile |
The poll is now closed, thanks for voting guys! I was thinking we would stick to something similar to what we did in our 1st RS challenge - have categories, and each category would lift the same amount of weight for reps. Category 1: Under 160 lbs, deadlift 225 lbs for reps Category 2: 160 lbs - 200 lbs, deadlift 315 lbs for reps Category 3: Over 200 lbs, deadlift 405 lbs for reps This would probably be a lot easier to keep track of because I'm sure there are some that are unable to do 2x bodyweight for a single rep even, so this will be a true test of muscular endurance/who can withstand the most pain. So far, I'm going to stick with these rules, but may add more as we go: -video must show your entire body and the weight you are lifting -you must include in your title or description - your weight, category, and reps you completed -no knee wraps, but knee sleeves are acceptable -no straps -belt is allowed -chalk is allowed -as long as each rep is completed from the ground to lockout, do it with whatever form you like: sumo, conventional, etc. Break your back with shitty form for all I care -you may pause for 1-2 seconds in the starting position if need be for 3 times, but your hand must be on the bar at all times, and you must be in the starting position. |
Bouncing? Or full stop? Posted via RS Mobile |

That feel when you know people from the bench challenged repped more with 225 than I will for the deadlift challenge |
im bringing in a surprise challenger for this one |
LOL yes I'm under 160lb :fuckthatshit: |
well this challenge is bad timing for me :fuuuuu: lol |
Damn, with bounce and they started locking up the bumper plates at SC :( |
Hmm.. My back is pretty damn injured from work, but maybe I can lose 3 lbs and get in the category 2. :D Duck stance, no belt. |
Sounds good instant. I usually to DL 225 for reps and then 2 or singles after that. Can do 365 or so so hopefully I can knock out a few reps of 315 (weight 185lb) |
