7ish months progress.

https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...39008825_o.jpg

left was last week at 226. the right is 240.

The picture doesn't erally capture it but I look totally different that I did 6-7 months ago.

I went from a 38 waist down to a 34, and a large down to a medium.

My goal is going good. Still having some issues with anxiety. Strength is going down, and i've been eating around 2200 calories a day.

The low intesity 30 minutes of uphill walking is great too.

Bench -290
Squat 200
Deadlift 350
OHP 170.

My target weight is 205. That will show visible abs.

^ You certainly see it in your waste. Keep it up.

hud 91gt 06-08-2013 09:32 PM

I was saying his waist is quite a bit smaller, since you can see a lot more of the waste (Bin) in the back. Creative enough for you? Smart ass.

LOL

chin3se604 06-08-2013 10:48 PM

made the switch from Stronglift to Layne Nortons PHAT today

final lifts
295 squats
185 benchpress
285 deadlifts
125 over head press
165 barbbell rows

anyways, thought I had built a solid foundation for this new routine. I went through the Barbell Rows and Bench press which I substituted for the dumbbell press with ease. Everything else I struggled with. I struggled to get 2x8 of non weighted pull ups, same with the non weighted dips. Camber bar curls and Skull Crushers wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, only curling 3x10 @ 55lbs and crushing 3x10 @ 50lbs.

Can anyone on this routine fill me in on their progression? Was also wondering if there was a substitute exercise for the rack chins.

Thanks

i want to punch every phaggot in the face that makes fun of my lower numbers.

i'm so sick of these fucking misc bro's (RL brofessors) makign fun of my lifts when I am strong upper.

the only good thing these idiots have ever said is that if I can actually get my diet and training consistant (which IS possible) i'd probably could get into pro bodybuilding fitness modelling.

J.C 06-08-2013 11:56 PM

I wish i had that mentality.

red_sir 06-09-2013 07:17 AM

Andreas, I have no doubt you can get strong as fuck lower body too. It won't take long. Focus on legs/squats more and make it your priority!

Fcukedd 06-09-2013 05:34 PM

Does SC have kettlebells?

Slightly tweaking my training regime for more power/speed gains. Always wanted to jump high and clean a fat load of weight, but that style of training didn't fit my goals when I first started.

Now that I'm a bit bigger than before, I can focus on what I originally intended on doing. :fullofwin:

Will be posting videos of my cleans soon, so if anyone experienced in that area could chime in, that would be awesome.

Dude, MISC is a joke. It's a social club for pathetic loners not enthusiastic lifters. Don't go there for any other reason than to laugh. THIS thread is one of the best around so listen to the experienced ones here. You're showing clear progress so keep it up.

Splmash 06-10-2013 06:03 PM

went to workout at trout lake cc a couple times this week. both deadlift days, I ended up using all 10 45lbs plates they had in there.

some guy came up to me and told me he needed a plate and told me to upgrade gyms.

compliment? or straight jelly?

hal0g0dv2 06-10-2013 06:46 PM

respect ^^
