I've had a dull pain in my left knee since hiking on sunday. Feels like my knee joint is torquing somehow. Squatting today actually made it feel better (set a PR) but the feeling is still there. Hopefully it goes away soon |

You won't have much room to adjust the height of the belt that it will make a big difference IMO. The belt placement will also depend on the structure of your body, but once the belt is broken into..you'll find that sweet spot :cool: You'll might also find it a bit better if you used one hole loose in comparison to your squat. Makes it a bit easier to reach down for the bar. |

+ 1 to body type. I wear my belt around my waist for squats, but closer to my sternum on deads.. If i wear my belt low on deads, I find that I can't take a deep enough breath and produce enough pressure... |
