Or you can try to make it at home.. it's actually not too difficult

So I got stuck today on my last rep & set on decline bench, thank you to the guy who helped me if you're on RS lol... :okay:

Anyways, do you guys know where to buy wild and brown rice? It gets real expensive when you buy in bulk in superstore and save on foods...

hx2gls 06-12-2013 07:55 PM

I've had a dull pain in my left knee since hiking on sunday. Feels like my knee joint is torquing somehow.

Squatting today actually made it feel better (set a PR) but the feeling is still there. Hopefully it goes away soon

Shit, beast mode man! Making huge gainz

Did you belt up for it? Just ordered my inzer lever belt, what are your thoughts on using it for deadlifting? I seen some guys wear it super high up closer to the sternum level as opposed to the typical waist level

Fcukedd 06-14-2013 12:07 PM

You won't have much room to adjust the height of the belt that it will make a big difference IMO. The belt placement will also depend on the structure of your body, but once the belt is broken into..you'll find that sweet spot

You'll might also find it a bit better if you used one hole loose in comparison to your squat. Makes it a bit easier to reach down for the bar.

Will be returning to the gym after 2 weeks of vacation. Gained 5lbs of fat. :(

broken_arrow 06-14-2013 12:12 PM

+ 1 to body type. I wear my belt around my waist for squats, but closer to my sternum on deads.. If i wear my belt low on deads, I find that I can't take a deep enough breath and produce enough pressure...
