Pics of arms because I doubt it's anything near something you can consider un-proportionate.

Just keep training, and make sure you're focusing on all heads of the arm.

Btw, biceps and triceps are spelled without a t :thumbs:

Some guy came into my work looking for briefs for his lifting comp, probably the same one you guys are talking about. Why is it that you can where boxers? Is that really going to make a huge difference in your lift?

Feeling stoked!!! I'm still not lifting anything compared to you guys but progress is progress, smashed my PR for deadlift and managed to reach part of my goals! My goal is to bench, squat, and deadlift my bodyweight (155lbs) by the time I leave for my next holiday which is in around 30 days.

Tuesday I had my single biggest bench at 140lbs x 1 and couldn't do any more at that weight but managed to do another 9 at 120lbs to finish my set.

Squat I am currently at 130lbs x 3, looking to get to 160 x 1 and then finish my set of 10 at 130lbs.

I was at 140lbs x 4 for my dead lift and today somehow managed to bump up to 180lbs x 4 today and then finished the set with 4 more at 140lbs.

Big thanks to everybody in this thread for keeping it motivational and the tons of good advice!

I would stay the course. With so much volume, you really don't need to go heavy all the time. Might even be counterproductive if you did.

gf showed me some pics that she took of me last year and said "haha you look so chubby and small back then"
took some pics today and I look exactly the same.. maybe lost a tiny bit of face fat but still the same.
fuck. that means I havn't progressed at ALL this year..
