Could anyone recommend me good natural weight loss supplements? ive been looking into something with raspberry ketones and green coffee bean extract if possible but am open to ideas.
Also, has anyone tried ven cleanse and green tone pro?

Diet dude 100% diet

the only time i would really recommend a weight loss supplement is if you are pretty shredded and looking to go below 8-10 percent body fat even that still is no point, but you are probably thinking why not just try these fat loss pills and you try it and you lose some weight and then you stop taking it and then it comes back like those nasty hemorrhoids.

Diet and cardio that's all it takes

Eating below your caloric maintenance works pretty well

chin3se604 08-04-2013 09:30 PM

^^ proper nutrition

in a month or two, you'll notice a difference, but you gotta stay committed.. worked for me ;)

instantneedles 08-04-2013 10:47 PM

Weight loss, body RE-composition for everyone and anyone is a hard/process and takes strong commitment to achieve

there is no magic pill that you can take to substitute for training, diet, and recovery

even if there is, everything will rewind back to your roots, if the said aspects have not been established in your lifestyle

spideyv2 08-04-2013 11:13 PM

Anyone give Wendler 5/3/1 a try?

Fcukedd 08-04-2013 11:22 PM

^ Been on it for Deadlift (4.5 months in), and just got off it for squats (4 months).

It starts off slow, but if you have patience, it's a great program for raw strength gains.

I'm back on Layne Norton, loving it, but sometimes hard to squeeze in 5 days of workout in a week especially when i work weird hours.

So I'm new to supplements, and want to start taking whey protein. I'm just wondering if there is a big difference between all the brands out there because there seems to be so many to choose from? Just trying to get the best bang for my buck I guess.

there is a difference health wise.

look at the saturated fat & cholesterol. some have 0. some have a lot.

youre gonna be consuming this shit everyday, you might as well go healthier.

Did a muscle up... Well a beginner muscle up, the type where it's one arm up first, then the other. Muscle up on the rings is next. Yikes
