hit all 9 attempts, and from what others told me with relative ease

thing is, i actually went 100% instead of 105% of gym PRs but wanted to play it safe after being sick for a week

i was pretty surprised at the level of strength the crossfitters had - seeing guys with slight builds 74kg pulling well over 500 lbs makes me think twice about bashing crossfit lol

there are a lot of crossfitters that can lift very heavy. usually, they are the one's that had background in weight lifting prior to joining the "cult" :)

Nice bro. Your squat is hella high now. And ya.. I work at a crossfit gym and there are some strong guys, but they all have impressive physiques.

Wohoo, hit a PR last night! Finally able to do 70's for incline db press, 3 sets of 7 reps! Nothing compared to you guys though, but still a start!

Yee new pr again. Deadlfted 495 x 1 with the help of chalk, belt and your traditionaal creatine/pwo. And also being officially 200lbs helps too.
