Long time no post and props to everyone for making this thread go past 1000 pages.

Can anyone recommend me some exercises to help strengthen the portion of my upper back to stop it rounding so much during heavy deadlifts? I've seen Bryce Lewis on youtube do thoracic hyperextensions but he doesn't really explain how to do them nor does google provide much info on them. I am currently just doing static holds double underhand with the bar and some weight but my grip gives out far before I feel it in my back.

rows (db + barbell) and pullups for days

also to keep your upper back not rounded you gotta exaggerate the posture of your chest (i.e. chest out shoulders to the side) if that makes sense

Something is really strange. I bought these Chapmans neapolitan ice cream from Pricesmart a week ago. The nutrition label says per 125ml, 120 cals. So I ate 250 ml which is a big ass ice cream, find it kind strange that it's only 240 cals. When I searched on google about ice cream, most of the nutrition websites give me around 145 cals per 70g of ice cream. What do I do?

Yes but sometimes i think hanh is too big to be true but what do i know

jack3d 03-09-2013 03:10 PM

if u compare chris jones, matt ogus and hanh they are all close in size? So i guess he could be natty and ogus is proven to be natty. hanh also said in a video his arms are only 17 and 3/4.. its possible to get there natty. he had great genetics to start with though, u can see it in his transformation video
