Hookgrip PR. I know my back was rounding a bit at the end. I think I had one more in the tank but didn't wanna get too sloppy on form

Hey guys, so I haven't posted in a while but felt like showing a vid today. So my PR for a little over a year had been 315 for 1. Here's a video of me breaking my PR on August 13th. My first set was 315x2, and this is my second set doing it for a set of 3.
Surprisingly, 2 weeks after that I was able to do 315 for 3x3. This summer was pretty good for me but now that school started it's hard for me to maintain my strength and amount of food I eat. any tips?

Edit: sept 23rd: i can safely say ive secured the 315. did 5x4 today

LC21 09-22-2013 08:20 PM

Will get back into eating properly and working out tomorrow, finally not sick anymore. Lost probably 5lbs.

First time posting in this thread. Been going to sports central for just over 6 months now. Down 30lbs and I've gained a fair bit of muscle. I've been taking it somewhat slow recently due to cold and no car since I sold if. Once my new one comes in I can start heading back everyday again.

I definitely want to start taking my dedication to the next level. I do tend to shy away from some of the dead lift/squat/bench press due to the fact I have no spotter, and I am most definitely an amateur. Bad form can easily put me into injury. I've stuck to alot of free weights and dumbbell exercises to also help my balance/core

Anyways, ill be popping in here from time to time for incouragement

good for you man, try and get into the bench and dead lifts and squats.
once you do them you will be in love with them. you could always ask someone for a spot maybe or help you as long as they have good form and know what they are doing.
good luck

BB.com new faster shipping to canada + limited time free shipping.

I just stocked up on supps, but anybody try their new canada shipping service? If it delivers what it promises, would be a huge deal especially if it maintains BB.com US pricing.

Anyone know a place locally that you can buy some t-shirts with high cut sleeves? (right below the shoulders)

320icar 09-23-2013 03:25 PM

I find almost all of blue notes "graphic tee's" are cut like that. But they shrink after washing (not chest or waist, but it becomes way shorter so if you reach up your belly shows)
