What does everyone eat as a bulking snack? I think I need much more excess in calories for my diet so I'm going to start eating some high calorie snacks in the middle of the day. So far I got : canned tuna, peanut butter, cheese, nuts, and olive oil. And does anyone know what's a safe amount of olive oil to straight up drink?

lol yeah srsly. It's weird but I hear some people do olive oil shots for bulking and I'm pretty sure they're not trolling.

Fcukedd 09-29-2013 05:56 PM

But do you really have to go to that extent just for an extra 80-90 calories? You can easily make ~550cal sandwich with nutella/pb using 2-3tbsp worth; much more enjoyable.

I think I'd be sick if I drank straight oil.

Yeah and so much more protein doing it that way

Agreed with points made. Just seeing if I can add a bit of variety in my diet. Maybe i'll try going with bread and balsamic vinegar + olive oil then. And yeah, I think the nutella/pb sandwich should be a good addition to my list.

instantneedles 09-29-2013 06:58 PM

when in doubt, eat pb straight from the jar

Phozy 09-29-2013 07:10 PM

Did that in class, got called a freak.

Was delicious though.

Yeah crazy to think he was top 5 and even runner up one year. It will be kai and Phil for years to come unless Jay gets back to normal. But how do u throw off Phil LOL guy is faking 3d thought he was coming threw my comp screen

LC21 09-29-2013 08:11 PM

I honestly thought Ramy and Wolf would place a little higher. Greene looks wider and thicker than Heath, but Heath is so proportionate.

instantneedles 09-29-2013 09:12 PM

yeah phil is definitely hard to beat... it's gonna take someone with a combination of phil's genetics and kai's hardwork to overtake phil's spot. Right now, people are saying ramy has what it takes, so we'll see.

All of the top 5 guys have definitely made some major improvements though

Don't drink fucking olive oil. If anything, have a spoon full of cocoanut oil. Kinda has the texture of lard though :( but tastes alright

J.C 09-29-2013 09:55 PM

you could just pour out some olive oil and dip bread in it rather than straight up drinking it lol

LC21 09-29-2013 09:59 PM

^

that's too fancy for bodybuilding.

Finally hit a 405 squat. Been months since I was able to go heavy in squats. Hoping to get it to 455 by the end of the year.
