so need your advice halo!

I can't take the taste of it. It's just too thick and intense. I've mixed half a can straight up with 2 scoops of whey. Just had to down it quick w/o tasting much of it.

I'm just wondering how balls out hal0 is, lol.

Add more water or milk to it. Makes it more drinkable.

Looking at Halo's bulk diet he's balls to ground. :D

Mix it in your protein shakes, it goes with proetty much all flavours. I use about 100-120ml of coconut milk to 300ml of water for a 1 scoop shake.

A really good shake is 2 eggs, 100ml of coconut milk, and top it off with water until you hit 450-500ml. 1 scoop of any protein, and it's delicious and will keep you full for a long time.

I think one of halo's snacks per day is like 2 of my meals lol
I dunno how you find the time to eat that often halo..

I guess my dreams of getting huge will never come true..
Damn I hate having a high metabolism:(

as for jeffh, i actually said to him "dude your form looks so much better" today.

we both had run into some walls lately.. and we both stopped and took a look at our forms and made some adjustments, and improvements are already happening.

The_Situation 12-14-2010 11:06 PM

I've been standing around at 165lbs for awhile now. I need to eat more.
