just found out my indoor soccer league is moving out of a gym and into a brand new state of the art synthetic indoor field in january. fuck ya!!! i dont know how big it is, i hope its no bigger. its 5 on 5 including goalies. real fast paced, line changes on the fly. plays alot like hockey. you want cardio? you wont get cardio like this |
did my first chest workout last Sunday, and man i am still so fucking sore, then did legs on Monday and i usually ride my bike around for cardio on off days and i can not put my leg over my bike haha , i got a full body sore of like nub shit hahha |

i juSt dunno guys had superdump, 1/2 scoop for the first time in 2? 3? months, didnt really add much to my workout, but i didnt get to sleep until 3am and then i slept like shit now i feel like a bag of smashed assholes |

superpump is one of the lowest caffeine pre workouts, around 150 mg. Half a scoop, you might as well just drink a can of Coke ;) |
