for starters, what ive seen in videos, they roll when you do deadlifts so you put them down on a 'corner' and they move. |

Anyone tried negative training with biceps? i.e. lifting the weight with both arms, and then taking 3-5 seconds to release the weight, and picking a weight just slightly above your maximum for curls? Basically not focusing on the "up" motion, but more on the down. I tried that today and it seemed to be pretty effective. |

I dont believe so, but you can try throwing in arms whenever you do chest and back. So chest and tris, back and bis. |
