so it's my birthday today i guess... which just means I'm a year older and a year livlier and another fresh year of hardwork. I've made some huge gains this year, all my compounds went up to say the least, and have put on several pounds to my frame since last year. It's amazing to go back and do a comparison, because you never really know how far you've gone till you've seen how much you've changed.

Just a year ago, I was a skinny 135 lb twig, who could only bench 135, squat 135 and deadlift 135. Even though there's still plenty of room for improvement, I've gone a long way. A quote from one of my buddys "if you can make your past self envy your present self, then you have done your job"

I still haven't reached my goal of 315 bench press, but I'm getting there, and I'll be expecting it real soon. TypeRNammer, expect that video sometime in the near near future, Imma go full out in style

Happy birthday brah!

Anyway went clubbing last night and a bit hungover now but fuck it, drank my green tea so now Im gonna go lift. Dedicated

Got out of my car for the meet last night and my legs just cramped up so bad that I literally felt my quads gasping for air. I'm not sure if it's normal or not for it to be pulsing. Fuck leg days..

HBD. Keep up the progress and in another year, your current goals will be laughably easy.

Checked the date I created my progress page on the Revscene BB club or whatever it's called. Coming up on 2 years, and i've made no progress. I was at my peak, and then fell into a lull and have now managed to even up to where I was before. Time to step it up a notch!

How has everyone else done over two years?
