havent done flat bench in a couple weeks...last time i did it i maxed out at 235lbs, and i only weigh ~140lbs :). Ive been working out for a couple years, but on and off not really dedicated. Now im dedicated, trying to increase my weight, strength and size. |

that guy has good form on the squat. i love oly squatsssss new PRs again. oly squated for 5 x 240 and deadlifted for 1 x 390. almost to the 400 club :fullofwin: 175lbs. |

Back into lifting after having surgery on a broken left radial head in July. Any real weight is making my elbow really stiff, but the pain isn't too bad and in 3 weeks I'm up to pre-injury strength. The positive of the rehab is that my form and speed needs to be bang on to prevent more damage, so I'm really learning how to lift correctly. |
