havent done flat bench in a couple weeks...last time i did it i maxed out at 235lbs, and i only weigh ~140lbs :). Ive been working out for a couple years, but on and off not really dedicated. Now im dedicated, trying to increase my weight, strength and size.

that guy has good form on the squat. i love oly squatsssss

new PRs again. oly squated for 5 x 240 and deadlifted for 1 x 390. almost to the 400 club :fullofwin: 175lbs.

Had a killer leg workout on Sunday, legs are still done today lol

Need a better home squat setup, you guys would not approve of what I was doing in the least, getting the bar up onto my shoulders involved a stack of tires lol

Back into lifting after having surgery on a broken left radial head in July. Any real weight is making my elbow really stiff, but the pain isn't too bad and in 3 weeks I'm up to pre-injury strength. The positive of the rehab is that my form and speed needs to be bang on to prevent more damage, so I'm really learning how to lift correctly.

No need to get defensive. He's right, if you are truly trying to gain (the right kind of) weight, that is in no way a good bulking meal. Your meat portion should look more like your carb portion, and the carb portion should look more like your meat portion.
