Like I said, I don't want to stop working out. So I have just switched things around, am am now doing a semi cut. Mostly to save money on food, but also because I need it :okay:

Have some nice separation in my quads, I'll try to see if I can get a picture to work :D

I'm in your position skinny. Since April I've been living off 200 dollars every two weeks trying to hammer off debt because my hours got cut. I may have found a second job but it hurts taking almost a 60 percent pay cut and starting at 14 ;(

i did two cycles of the 6week to a superman body. Loved it. Went to penticton for 4days and decided to just take a deload week off.

First day back at the gym and decided to see how much i can DL. went from 275 DL now to 315!! HIT MY FUCKIN GOAL. SO PUMPED!!! 3Plates WOOOOOOO!!

chest day monday, im excited.

Been watching more tnation videos and just realized what i've been doing wrong on my dips.

also finally managed to get 2 days of cardio in after my workouts.

low intensity, 20 minutes.

It's becoming habit. I'll be lighter in no time.

i maxed bang on 300lbs a few months back but have been lifting lighter thru the summer so we're probably on the same pace.

I hit the 3 plate deadlift challenge a while back. And surpassed it hitting a PR of 355 last month.

If anyone hasn't killed the back, do that. Making the back a major focal point helped vastly in Deads.

Now, Bench is heavily lacking, so focusing on bench press.

Going up and up....
body mass dropped to 150lbs now....rackpulling up towards 335lbs from below the knees.
I feel fantastic.

Never knew, a back day coupled with a supp leg day works out pretty nice.
