Despite being sick this morning I still went to the gym. So glad I did. Felt better and still hit PR's! squat 275lbs x 25 reps, OHP 130lbs x 25. Failed again at deadlift 315x5. NEED CHALK!! A few guys at my work that workout now come to me for advice on lifting/nutrition. You know you are doing something right when that happens. |
So tired of big home made chicken salads for lunch plus no more cut, now in feed mode. Creativity got the best of me. In a casserole dish. wild/brown rice, 3 chicken breasts chopped up, red peppers, small can of pizza sauce, cheese baked on top. will split into 2 tupperwares for lunches x2. http://i55.tinypic.com/2my4we8.jpg Will report back with fullofwin or barf report |
fk looks good |
:sweetjesus:that rice and cheese...hhhnnngggg |
Found this in the bodybuilding.com forums: The full "Work, Hustle, Kill" song 01 Work Hustle Kill.rar | Game Front |
I eat 1 and 1/3 cup of oatmeal every morning... with 4 pieces of toast slathered in peanut butter. With brown sugar on the oatmeal..... is that bad? Berz out. |
Quaker Oats Serving size 1/2 cup dry (40 g) Amount per serving Calories 150 Calories from Fat 25 %Daily Value** Total Fat 3g* 4% Saturated Fat 0.5g 2% Trans Fat 0g Polyunsaturated Fat 1g Monounsaturated Fat 1g Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 0mg 0% Total Carbohydrate 27g 9% Dietary Fiber 4g 15% Soluble Fiber 2g Insoluble Fiber 2g Sugars 1g Protein 5g |
So 60g of sugar in 1 cup. Up to you if that's bad or not. If you are the type who is not naturally ripped (ie insulin insensitive), probably not a good idea. Also depends on if you're in grow mode or shrink mode. And if you're on steroids, :fuckthatshit: Posted via RS Mobile |
I'm actually quite surprised at your reaction to eating at least a cup of oats a day. I've seen numerous mass gaining diets and oats are among the basic foods that are included in all of them. And most of the time they are recommended more than a cup a day. Edit: I found a couple articles which suggests oats. 1.5 cups in the morning - http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/m...ding/nutrition 2 cups in the morning - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/smar...-diet-tips.htm says oats provide slow digesting carbs - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/musc...ou-jacked.html |
The "eat healthy no matter what" part of me says "what the fuck! 70g of sugar + fruit in one sitting???" But the "gain mass, nothing else matters, worry about your health later" part says :fuckthatshit: :) |
more talking about lifting weights whoooooooooooooooooo |
I'm too weak to talk about my weights! :lol 4 months off, eating lots of CRAP, really REALLY makes you weak. My advice: DON'T DO IT. |

mind you its not gonna be healthy whatsoever, but hella good baked pork chop on rice, mmmmm |
All this talk of diet, I need to throw this out, as I find breakfast is the hardest meal for me. Trying to cut, and doing an eca. Used to have those instant oatmeal for breakfast, but for the last 2 weeks I've switched over to a PB and J sandwich for breakfast, since I want some carbs 3 hours before my workout. Is this being counter effective? What exactly is a good breakfast while trying to cut fat? Posted via RS Mobile |

And did the 10 muscle up challenge yesterday with as little kipping as possible http://www.facebook.com/v/10150379258139467 feelsgood |
Actually curious what a good breakfest for cutting is as well. I was just having 3 scambled eggs for quite a while. Here is the Stronglifts fat loss diet: Breakfast: eggs with tomato & bell peppers, orange, green tea Snack: cottage cheese with apple Lunch: chicken, bok choy, tomato, chicory, olive oil Snack: mixed nuts Post workout: ground round, brown rice, mixed veggies, banana Dinner: chicken, spinach, baby carrots, pear Pre-bed snack: cottage cheese, berries, ground flax seeds, fish oil |
Full Song no talking with Link to iTunes in description.... Berz out. |
Finally, 70lb dumbbell shoulder press. Feels good! Great day at the gym. |

Would be better warm, but was still pretty tasty cold. Tasted pretty close to chicken lasagna. Next time Ill try throwing some different spices in it to liven it up. so to recap: Wild/Brown long grain rice (cooked before) Chicken breasts (cooked before) Red peppers Pizza Sauce Marble cheddar cheese on top |
