Been trying to eat better and keep track of calories. Just picked up some steelcut oats and i'm hoping i'll like them more than regular oats, too mushy for me.
Any suggestions for stuff i can throw in my oats? Peanut butter, dried fruits?

Yeah, honey, brown sugar, wheat, dried fruits, etc. Anything that would put a diabetic into a coma. Throw in a couple Mars bars while you're at it. The more sugar you put into your oatmeal, the better :troll:

hahahah looked at a condo development a while back and the free "gym" was like that. Pretty useless for guys unless you just want to do cardio.

I've seriously bonked on my chest. Having trouble increasing bench. NO spotter sucks. Gym is pretty much empty when I'm working out. Fuark. What should I do? I'm stuck at 235lb for 4-5 reps. Should I just drop some weight and go for higher volume?

Try floorpressing it helped me out, and plus if you fail its pretty easy to bail since you're lying on the ground lol.

Bench in the squat rack.

Use the crash bars as your spotter.

Requires fully adjustable crash bars though.

so last nite i was on the couch with a broad doin.. whatever.
her hand made its way to my arm and she sorta squeezed it abit. then a few seconds later it went back to my arm again and she really got a feel for it and she moaned "mmmmmmm" which i think is the girls version of "hnnnggggggg :sweetjesus:"
